Obituary
Willie Douglass, 62, passed away on December 21, 2022 in Denver Colorado.
He was born on July 27,1960 in Montgomery, Alabama.
Willie was a welder and travel with an organization repairing and building homes. Willie traveled around for years seeking a destination of fulfillment.
Willie is now with his mother and father, Will and Maldonia Hutchins and his younger brother Gary Mc Swain.
Willie is survived by his children, Hakeem Samuels, Sophia Douglass, and Joy Douglass.
He leaves behind his brothers, Gregory Douglass and Frederick Hutchins. His sisters Gloria Douglass, Boyette McSwain, Ella Foster and Diana Ward. He also leaves behind many family members and friends that will truly miss him.
A poem to you, Willie:
What we want in life don’t always come true,
Our hearts are hurting and I do have a clue.
We push away from each other for little issues,
Nothing could stop this pain not even a tissue.
I hope you found peace and tranquility I really pray.
And I know we will meet again someday.
Forgiveness are within us we just stretch it to long,
And when I see you the hugs and love will be strong.
Tell mamma, pop and Ed we said hi,
As hard as this is, I’m so sorry to be saying GOODBYE.
