Korey James Neveau

Korey James Neveau, our hilarious, brilliant charismatic light left this world April 11, 2022. Born in Wheat Ridge, Colorado to Jeffrey Neveau and Keriba Blattel aka Neveau on January 8, 1992 Korey instantly took his place in the spotlight. He never met a stranger, never arrived on time, but always brought life to any room he entered. His strong hugs made everything right and when he shifted his energy your way it was like the entire cosmos smiled upon you. We, collectively, don't know how to pick up the pieces of ourselves that shattered the day he left. When asked for one-word descriptions from close friends and family to add to this obituary unanimously: comedic, bright, beacon, life, funny, charming, charismatic, brilliant, creative, theatric and friends and family was life were given. 

He leaves behind his mom and dad, step-dad Larry Blattel, step-mom Alli Neveau, brother Jake Neveau, beloved sister-in-law Kristie, nephew Jeter, niece Fallon. Brother Sam, sister-in-law Alescia, twin nephews Alijah and Easton, brother Solomon and many aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins and close friends who became family. 

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 1 to 3 pm at the Coyote Crossing Shelter located inside of Bear Creek Lake Park 15600 West Morrison Rd, Lakewood, Co 80228.
