Jackie J. Ortega

Jackie J. Ortega, passed away on September 27, 2024, at the age of 56 in Fort Lupton, Colorado. Born on November 15, 1967, in Denver, Colorado, Jackie's life was a testament to the power of love, family, and kindness.

Jackie's journey through life was shared with her devoted husband, Heriberto Ortega-Garcia, her loving children, Leonard Martinez and his wife Maria Acevedo, Vanessa Ortega and her husband Joshue Ramirez, Brenda Ortega and her husband Alonso L. Varela, and Julian Muniz-Pierce. Her joy was multiplied with the birth of her grandchildren, Ezekiel Ortega, Camila Martinez, and Yared Ramirez, who brought immense happiness to her life..

The daughter of Joe Martinez and Erna Archuleta, Jackie inherited a spirit of resilience and generosity that she carried with her throughout her life. 

As we bid farewell to Jackie, we celebrate a life lived with boundless love. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive in the stories we share and the moments we remember. Jackie's influence will continue to resonate within the hearts of all who knew her, and her spirit will remain an enduring presence in the lives of her loved ones.

We take solace in knowing that Jackie's journey was filled with love, and though she has left this earthly realm, the love she gave and received will endure forever.

Services:   Viewing, 11:00 AM-11:30 AM, Rosary 11:30 AM, Funeral Mass 12:00 PM at St. Catherine of Siena Church 4200 Federal Blvd. Denver, CO 80211. Interment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
