Freidhelm Oswald-Herman Kuschke was born in Doebern, Germany in 1932.
At a young age, Friedhelm came to the USA, because America was known as the "land of opportunity".
After arriving in the USA, Freidhelm attended night school at Portland State University and received his American citizenship.
After receiving his citizenship, Freidhelm worked several jobs at the same time, working 6-days a week for 4-years straight. Friedhelm then opened his own dental laboratory business, called FK Dental Laboratory for 44+ years, prior to retiring.
Friedhelm was known for his dry sense of humor, loved a good party, enjoyed his home pool. Hawaii was is favorite vacation destination.
Friedhelm's lived to the great age of 88 and passed away on March 8, 2021 due to colon & liver cancer.
Due to COVID-19 there will be no funeral and or memorial service at this time. An appreciation of life may take place at a later time in Portland, Oregon.
Friedhelm is survived by his wife of 63-years, Waltraud Kuschke, son Jeffrey Kuschke, Daughter in-law Lynn Kuschke and two granddaughters Alix Pierce & Amanda Kuschke, a brother Peter Kuschke and sister-in-law Karola Kuschke.
