Evan Perkins, 69, passed away in Aurora, CO, on Sept 30, 2022, surrounded by family at Anschutz University Hospital.
Evan was born on Jan 28, 1953, in Waltham, MA, the fifth child of Alan and Alice Perkins. Evan graduated from CSU with a degree in Construction Management and lived in Boulder, Colorado, where he enjoyed a rich life filled with skiing, boating, and joy brought by his beautiful children Chris and Kelsey Perkins. They loved boating and fishing in the Banderas Bay of Mexico. Evan had a wicked sense of humor, was easily liked, and was an incredible craftsman and artist in architectural design. Evan’s legacy includes the many beautiful homes and boats that he designed and built.
Evan is survived by his wife Barbara, sisters Linn and Susan, brothers Mac and John, his children Chris and Kelsey and their mother Leslie, his stepchildren Julia, Jonah, wife Tiffany and Myles, wife Meaghan, his grandchildren Coco, Lola, Sofia, Iyla and Nash., with another grandson, Cam, due mid Oct. and his beloved dog, Sadie May. Evan was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
There will be a memorial service come Spring or Summer.
