Claire's caring, compassionate, loving, and vibrant spirit passed peacefully from this life on August 15, 2023, while she was at home enjoying a simple conversation with her loving husband Ahmad Anthony Swope. She was 43 years old.
Claire was born on May 22, 1980, in Manila, Philippines, to Salvacion Medalla Estopin and Oscar Diorico Estopin. She grew up surrounded by the love of her parents, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, and close friends. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, kindness, and joy that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew her.

Music and dance were sources of immense delight for Claire. She was known for her love of cooking and the way her voice soared during karaoke sessions, filling the room with warmth and joy. Her infectious optimism was exemplified by her habit of wishing everyone a blessed day, a small gesture that reflected her immense heart.
Claire's sister, Shirley, shared a humorous memory that captured Claire's playful spirit. During a vacation at Boracay Beach Resort, Claire's encounter with curious fish became an unforgettable tale. The sight of her fleeing from tiny fish playfully nibbling at her feet brought laughter and joy to those who witnessed her spirited escape.
Claire's Brother-in-law, Joel, recalled the first vivid memory he had of Claire, a horseback ride up the slopes of a volcano. His description painted a picture of Claire's gentle, warm, and easygoing spirit. Her ability to connect with people, whether in her homeland or as a part of her new American family, highlighted her welcoming nature.
