Benjamin John Bargas, son of the late Stanley J Bargas Sr and Sharon D Bargas, is known affectionately as Ben by his friends and family. He passed away on March 12, 2025, at the age of 46. Born on April 21, 1978, in Denver, Colorado, Ben's life was a testament to the power of positivity and the strength of the human spirit. His journey on Earth may have concluded, but the legacy he leaves behind is one of unwavering love, laughter, and thoughtful kindness.
Ben's professional life was as robust and sturdy as the fences he skillfully crafted. A talented welder, fabricator, forklift driver, and custom fence maker, he was a man who not only built structures but also constructed a strong community around him through his work. His hands were not just tools of his trade but instruments of creativity and connection, touching the lives of countless individuals with his dedication and craftsmanship.
In his personal life, Ben's heart was as expansive as the open Colorado skies under which he was raised. He was a beacon of love, care, and loyalty, especially to his cherished daughter Alexis Reed, his devoted sister Doreen Durham, his supportive sister and brother-in-law Regina and Dan Trujillo, his steadfast brother Stanley Bargas Jr, and his loving brother and sister-in-law Jason and Eve Bargas. Ben's love for his family was his guiding force, and his actions were a reflection of that deep affection.
Beyond his family, Ben's friendships were a mosaic of shared laughter and mutual support. His sense of humor was a source of constant joy, and his ability to find the funny side of life was contagious. He was the person who could light up a room with his smile and fill it with laughter with just a few well-chosen words. Ben was not just funny; he was a symbol of the joy that we all seek in life.
Moreover, Ben's thoughtfulness was a gentle reminder of the beauty of human compassion. He was a man who listened with his heart, spoke with kindness, and acted with the intention to uplift. His love and faith in the Lord were the cornerstones of his existence, and his words of encouragement were a blessing to everyone who knew him. Ben's life was a canvas on which he painted a picture of what it means to be genuinely loving. He embodied the belief that love, in all its forms, is the most powerful force we possess. It was this love that propelled him to do anything to help his family or friends, to extend a hand to those in need, and to share his boundless energy with the world.
In remembering Benjamin John Bargas, let us celebrate a life lived to the fullest, marked by the joy of giving and the strength of faith. As we honor his memory, let us carry forward the light he shone so brightly, allowing it to guide us in our own lives, as we, too, strive to be a source of positivity and inspiration to those around us. Ben's life story encourages us to embrace the power of optimism and to live with the confidence that, with hope, we can achieve greatness.
